Axis Computer Networks’ business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During this time, you may email us and/or call the Axis office at (978) 463-2112 for any technical issues that may arise.
After-Hours Support Contact Information:
Please call the on-call engineer after 5:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, on weekends, and on holidays at (978) 423-1093. The engineer will troubleshoot the problem or make emergency arrangements for a site visit to fix the issue.
